FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What are your hours?: Bloom Lash Room is open Monday through Saturday by appointment only. Check out our booking page to schedule an appointment.
Where are you located?: Bloom Lash Room is located inside Salon Lofts Stillwater - 5915 Norwich Ave North, Oak Park Heights MN 55082. We just of Hwy 36 on the border of Stillwater. Serving the east metro areas and western WI.
What payment options do you accept?: We accept all credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle.
How long is a typical lash appointment?: Your first full set with Bloom Lash Room will require more time so please allow for 3 hours for your first appointment. Typical full sets will be 2-2.5 hours and lash fills are 1-2 hours depending on the amount of lash loss. If a lash removal is required, add 30 minutes to any full lash appointment.
Do you have a cancellation policy?: You may reschedule your appointment at any time. Cancellation must take place within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or you will be charged the full remaining balance. Deposits are always non-refundable whether you cancel or reschedule. If you cancel and then decide to re-book, you will be required to pay a new deposit. Time is precious for this single-mom so please be respectful of that when needing to reschedule or cancel.
